How does the monthly subscription work?
Joining is simple! Just choose our monthly subscription on our website, and each month we'll carefully select and send a unique vintage snail mail package directly to your door. Your subscription renews automatically, making sure your monthly dose of nostalgia never stops.
What kind of unique vintage items will I receive?
Each month, our club members receive a beautiful collection that might include authentic vintage postcards, antique letters, historical ephemera like old tickets, stamps, and other small curiosities. We source items from the late 19th to mid-20th centuries, ensuring each piece tells a story and sparks your imagination.
Where do we deliver to?
We proudly deliver to all addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your location.
How long does it take to receive my letters?
Trunk post is typically mailed out by the 7th of each month. Depending on your location, you can expect your snail mail to arrive within 7-14 business days after mailing. If you have not received your post after 14 business days, please email us for a replacement. A note to subscribers: join by the last day of the month to receive the following month's trunk post :)
My Trunk Post arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?
If your trunk post arrived damaged, please email us at theattictrunkpostclub@gmail.com with your name and photos of the damage. Note, the contents of your trunk post are vintage and may show signs of pre-loved wear and tear.
How can I change my address, billing, and other information after subscribing?
You can manage your account details anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Please note that cancellations must be made before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
